Our main objective is to provide a complete, resourceful team of hotel professionals for your project.  This includes market analyst, architect, interior designer, franchisor, construction and permanent lender, general contractor, a management company if necessary and other qualified individuals who are required to develop a profitable hotel from conception. The majority of these professionals have worked together as a successful team on our past and present projects.

Once we enter into an agreement with a client, we initialize the process of organizing the project in small phases in order to be assured that the hotel is feasible before serious monies are spent.  When we are satisfied that the hotel will be successful and produces an acceptable return on equity, we will go to the next stage which is financing.  After the financing has been obtained and the owner makes the decision to go forward, it takes approximately 91 days to complete the architectural, engineering and governmental agencies approval and bring closure to financing.
