Hotel Development Services, Inc. and its owners, Don and Lillie Bodin, have over 40 years of a broad range of experience in the hotel business and successfully operated their own hotel construction and management companies.

For the past 20 years Hotel Development Services, Inc. performed as a Hotel Consultant assisting first time owners with entry into the hotel business at minimum risk.  We are proud of the fact  that all of the projects that we have developed as consultants have been operating on a positive cash flow basis.

In the past year Hotel Development Services, Inc. has concentrated on limited service and major chain extended stay hotels.  At the present time this type of hotels have been proven to be lucrative with a more attractive return on investment.
